All about me

Greetings everyone, my name is Mahathi. I’m 17 years old and I’m a senior at Hollywood hills high. Reasons on why I wanted to take media studies is because of the Cambridge diploma compilation. Moreover, after viewing the introduction video to media studies, it is kind of interesting to see how movies, shows and other parts of media are constructed as well as the components of them. We as the general audience like to see the results of well constructed media projects, however, the depths, reasons for specific sounds, shots (in movies and shows) are not really thought about enough. Now I myself would say that I’m a constant learner. There’s always new things to learn everyday, and that expands the knowledge of individuals. Whether it is something about space, or a fun fact regarding an animal breed. Possibilities of knowledge are endless. Furthermore, in this class, I would like to explore the different types of components that are utilized to make this day and ages’ media.
